As a minority owner of MJM Uniform Inc., Morris played a key role in securing a New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) vendor contract, expanding the company’s footprint in the school system and beyond.

Jack Kassab
Since joining MJM Uniform Inc. in 2010, Jack Kassab has played a pivotal role in sales growth, operational efficiency, and e-commerce expansion. Zeke Kassab
Since joining MJM Uniform Inc. in 2023, Zeke Kassab has played a key role in driving sales growth, client relations, and business development. With a strong background in real estate, e-commerce, and corporate sales, he brings a strategic and results-driven approach to customer acquisition and account management, helping MJM expand its presence across New York City, as well as around the country
Zeke works closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience. His ability to negotiate deals, analyze market trends, and develop tailored sales strategies has contributed to MJM Uniform’s continued success in the uniform and promotional apparel industry.
Before joining MJM, Zeke gained valuable experience at Sigula Group, Country Silk, and AutoLeadStar, where he developed expertise in market research, corporate negotiations, and sales execution. His diverse industry knowledge allows him to adapt to changing market needs and provide top-tier service to businesses, schools, and organizations.
Beyond his professional career, Zeke has been actively involved in community service and philanthropy, organizing fundraising events and charitable initiatives that have raised over $2 million for various causes. Ideal Promotions was founded in 1996, initially providing custom apparel exclusively for schools in the Greater New York Area. What began as a small, family-run operation quickly earned a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, reliability, and outstanding service. Schools trusted us not just for our products, but for our dedication to helping them build strong, unified communities through high-quality branded apparel.

"A Major Milestone"
By 2018, our expertise and commitment to quality led us to a major milestone—winning a prestigious contract with the NYC Department of Education (DOE). This partnership allowed us to expand our reach while staying true to our roots, ensuring that schools, educators, and students had access to high-quality uniforms, custom apparel, and promotional products. Alongside this growth, we invested in new printing technologies, including Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and embroidery, to better serve our ever-expanding client base.
