It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all design proofs, specifications, and order details before authorizing production. Ideal Promotions is not responsible for errors in custom orders that were approved by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Products damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing error or defect.
